Automatic bill pay was set up with an account from another bank to make a monthly payment on my 98-year-old dads Visa card issued by Fiber Federal. Fiber Federal was applying the money to his savings account and charging him late fees for non-payments. When I argued that they had his payments and they hadnt applied them to his account, so he shouldnt be charged late fees. They conducted an incomplete investigation and said they werent legally required to return the money. I questioned their ethical obligation and was told they probably should have when the mistake was discovered, but now it was too late. Really? Ethics change with time? They were self righteous about taking money from a 98-year-old WWII veteran.

Waiting for 30 minutes on the drive thru to do one transaction is unacceptable. This branch lobby needs to be open on Saturdays. Have two tellers inside and one for drive thru. We as members have lost way too many benefits over the past three years. Businesses will keep taking advantage of us until we decide to take our business somewhere else. I have been with Longview Fibre Credit Union over twenty years.. They have a wonderful staff always ready to assist. I recently had to make a car purchase. Andrea did the impossible. I needed to have the paperwork processed in one day due to it being the end of the year. The car dealership and Andrea processed the Paperwork and I had my car delivered the same day from Beaverton Or. due to Andreas quick and hard work. Im a senior, and I could never have accomplished much without her effort and hard work. Thank you Longview Fibre Credit Union.

I want to say that Adam and Holly made my refinance a great experience yes does it get a bit stressful but Adam always returned my emails promptly and Holly was so helpful and understanding. And it was a bit more difficult due to some unforeseen things that came up they dealt with it quickly and all went well To add on that Cowlitz county title did an amazing job working with all of us.
